I have come to this Starbucks almost every day before work since the day it opened, and I have always received warm welcomes and exceptional service. The staff is kind and friendly amid the morning chaotic rush, and the quality is never compromised. Thank you for serving the caffeinated Cary community!
PS. Anastasia is honestly the sweetest barista there. Take the disgruntled customers with the tiniest grain of salt! -

How embarrassing?!! I yelled at the barista from my table while I was inside the Starbucks about my Darjeeling tea because they'd served me an Earl Grey alternative. All of the other patrons either stared at me and some even gave me their evil eye as if it was my fault that the barista had rushed my order and served me the wrong tea. I know Darjeeling when I smell it and my sous-vide tofu bites were hotter around their edges than in their centers. If it weren't for their tasty Starbucks Caramel Macchiato made with macadamia nut milk and extra organic caramel drizzle, I wouldn't come here more than once per day.

A very busy store, but they're always working hard! It's not easy being one of the only coffee shops in Cary, but I think this store is up to the challenge

Very happy there is a Starbucks in Cary. This one is severely understaffed and cannot handle the business. Several times I have put in mobile order and they miss that I have ordered something BESIDES a drink and I have to wait for the order. Totally negates the purpose of online ordering. Will be avoiding going this location.
